Auckland Newborn Photography | Baby Scarlet

Baby scarlet came to my studio in west Auckland to have her newborn photos taken, At just 6 days old she was such a breeze to photograph & was such a pleasure to have in my newborn studio.

Being a Auckland baby photographer I have photographed hundreds of newborns, but I especially love when I get to photograph more than one baby from the same family. I took Scarlet’s big sisters newborn photos a few years ago and was so glad to see this special family back in my stdio again! 

Scarlet was photographed with rustic newborn props and boho elements, we chose deep rich reds, natural tones plus a touch of blues and included some flax to bring the outside in.
I absolutely love the photos of her in my new bamboo bed prop (surprise, surprise!).
My favourites are normally the more detailed setups but while editing I became obsessed with the simple creme and crochet pillow photos of scarlet, her squishy cheeks are just the best!
